Julie's mission in life is to help hoteliers embrace guest facing technology which can revolutionise their guest experience and their operations, reducing cost and increasing revenue. In her "free" time she sleeps and once a year makes a Christmas Cake.

Dwayne Pascal
Chief Technology Officer
Dwayne spends most of his time asking questions to simplify things, disrupt the status quo and working with teams to explore behaviours that lead to growth – both personal and business. In his spare time, you’ll likely find him at an ice rink pushing pucks around.

Innes Chambers
Chief Finance Officer (P/T)
Experienced finance director, Innes Chalmers worked with Coopers & Lybrand, Dell Computers and Abbey Business Centres managing the companies’ large budgets. He also worked as a freelance finance director with clients in the property and hospitality sector.

Laura Denham
Sales Director
Laura has over 20 years Sales Director & CEO experience working with startup businesses in Edinburgh. She has a passion for taking new and exciting disruptive technologies to market both locally and globally that enable SME and Mid Sized companies to compete with large enterprise organisations through innovative solutions.

With a strong background in marketing & PR roles, Stefano’s focus is to maximise opportunities for brand exposure and raise the company profile through events attendance, PR and digital activities.

Technical Project Manager
Richard has over 10 years’ experience in project management and has delivered a variety of new services and applications throughout this time. He has an attention for detail and a passion for delivering a quality service to meet the needs of his customers.

Andrew Samtoy
Product Manager
My job is to collect information from a wide variety of sources and then try to anticipate what we need to do to make our products meet the demands of the market for the short, medium and long-term future. It all comes down to constant learning, refinement, and communication. I also have to navigate the worlds of business, technology, sales and marketing so that our developers know what is expected of them and the business knows what is possible.

Laura has worked in the Scottish hospitality and tourism sector for over 10 years in Canada, Switzerland and the UK. Laura is passionate about enhancing the customer journey to provide a world-class experience.

Kirsty Proven
Business Development Representative
Kirsty comes from a hospitality background having worked at The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh for many years before moving to Dubai in 2014. Now living back in Edinburgh, she is loving being part of the hospitality industry again. In her spare time, she's either at the side of a football pitch, watching her son play or keeping fit and lifting weights!

Chelsea Waller
Business Development Representative
Chelsea started her hospitality career interning at Expedia, before moving on to a Sales and Marketing role at a Serviced Apartment company. She recently graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Tourism and Marketing. Originating from Brighton, Chelsea loves the seaside and dogs!

Christian joined from Amazon in search of a new challenge within a startup. With a background in hospitality management, design & customer tech support roles, he is enjoying the challenge of learning new skills to get ideas developed.

Onboarding & Implementation Manager
With many years of experience working within the hospitality industry, Michelle’s aim is to embed technology into every day processes in a practical way. Originating from the Highlands, Michelle loves discovering new places and is always up for a ceilidh dance!

Louise Stevenson
Operations Manager and EA to CEO
Louise joined Criton as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. She is an experienced PA with a background in Marketing and Event Management. Louise enjoys the varied and fast-paced work that comes with supporting Executives at Senior level and was a Finalist for the ‘PA Newcomer of the Year’ Award at the 2017 Scottish PA Awards.

Connor McGill
Tech Lead - App
Connor is a Senior Software Developer who has worked in a number of sectors for the last decade or so. From designing, project managing and building data entry systems for clinical trials at the University of Edinburgh to bespoke websites and apps for a marketing and design company. He also a wise but cruel Game Master for his tabletop roleplaying group in his free time.

Daniel Peet
Software Developer
Before joining Criton, Dan was a scientist who researched bio-molecular motors and wrote code to automate tasks around the lab. He's a fan of obstacle course racing and ultimate frisbee.

Mary Cummings
Technical Support Engineer
Seeking a new challenge Mary embarked on a career change in 2020, completing the CodeClan course and then joining Criton. In spare time she enjoys creating her own silver jewellery and getting outdoors and exploring with her camera.

Michael Baylis
Senior Software Engineer
After 5 years at Skyscanner, Michael sought a new challenge where he could leverage his previous experience working in the travel industry to benefit people's experiences. He is typically found solving interesting problems at work or out running, cycling and exploring in the wilderness.

Michael Campbell
Technical Support Engineer
Having grown up in a B&B and worked in establishments ranging from hotels to village pubs, Michael has been involved in hospitality a long time. He is also a recent CodeClan graduate and spent three years teaching in South Korea. Michael joined Criton to combine his passions for tech and helping others through supporting them in the app build. In his spare time, Michael can be found in the pool or cheering on the mighty Hamilton Academical.

Lauren Brett
Technical Support Engineer
Returning from living abroad in order to pursue a career change into the tech industry, Lauren completed the Software Development course at CodeClan before joining Criton. She has worked in the high-end hospitality sector, in textiles and design and is passionate about travel.
