QA Engineer

You will be part of Criton’s technical team, a small and dynamic cross-functional team, where your role will be focused on quality assurance and testing of Criton’s web-based CMS and Apps.

Criton is the first DIY app builder for the hospitality industry and the web-based CMS allows property owners, ranging from single vacation rental owners to big hotel chain owners to build their own mobile apps.

Criton is also moving into the space of integrations with hospitality related third-party systems (e.g. Property Management Systems, digital door keys etc.). You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the setting up of adequate tools and processes for testing such third-party integrations.


Business Development Manager

This crucial role requires an experienced business development professional with a demonstrable track record of sales success in either hospitality or a related sector or technology / application sales / SAAS.

A highly motivated and action-oriented seller who has experience working with a structured sales process. They must be capable of driving productive contact into prospects, building suitable rapport, identifying client motivation converting to needs and building a value case that compels the client to adopt the Criton service.

Working as part of a small and dynamic cross-functional team, your role will be to aid the sales team and assist our customers on a daily basis, with our SaaS platform, CRITON - the UK’s first DIY app builder for the hospitality sector. You will also be involved in supporting our sales teams in Edinburgh and London.

There are two parts to our sales process, you will be responsible for the second part, once the deal is signed by the sales team, you will take over and be responsible for getting the app successfully to the publication stage.

You will then be tasked with assisting the operator embed the app within their processes and ensuring this is successful.
